Find or create your project's row on the Portfolio board
Every project board needs a corresponding row on the Portfolio board. Check whether your team lead already created one for you before adding a new one.

Open the Portfolio board and scan for a row with your project's name

If it doesn't exist, create a new item named exactly the same as your project board
