Deals go quiet without anyone noticing. This automation flags a deal if it hasn't moved in a while.
On the Deals board, click Automate → + Add Automation
Search "notify" and choose: When status stays the same for a period of time, notify someone
Configure: Status column = Stage, Time period = 5 business days, Notify = the deal owner
Click Save
Tune the delay per stage
You can add one automation per stage with different timeframes — e.g. flag Proposal Sent deals after 3 days but Negotiation deals after 7.
