Select the recipe: When status changes to Done, post an update in Slack channel
Click Connect and sign in to authorize monday.com's access to your Slack workspace
Choose the destination Slack channel
Customize the message text using column values (e.g. include the item name)
Click Save
Review the permissions you're granting
When you authorize a third-party app, read what access it's requesting. Only grant what the integration actually needs, and don't authorize apps you don't recognize.
