Open any board and click Automate in the top toolbar
Click + Add Automation
Search "notify" and select: When status changes to something, notify someone
Set: Status = Done, Notify = board owner
Click Save
Read the recipe like a sentence
Every automation recipe reads as "When [trigger], [action]". Getting comfortable reading them this way makes the automation search much faster to use.
