Click + Add Automation again
Search "assign" and select: When an item is created, assign to a person
Choose the person to auto-assign (e.g. the board owner or a rotating queue)
Click Save
Watch for silent overload
Auto-assigning every new item to one person can quietly overload them. Check in on their item count periodically, or consider a round-robin recipe instead.
